      <description>&lt;P&gt;You should receive SIM from PM within 3 weeks. Unfortunately PM's process is a little bit slow but you will get SIM eventually unless mail get lost. You can always inquire with agent but reply will be the same: It is in a mail...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
