      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been getting this all day with my phone after trying to send a text reply. I've restarted my phone 3 separate times just to get it to work again. Calls also don't go out during this error. Reset network didn't work. Only restarting the phone temporarily fixes it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
