So today I went to Walmart canada to get a top up voucher for public mobile and the had a problem processing the voucher they told me it is that the public mobile is not approved the transaction and it is not the machine at Walmart canada was that happen

you can go to Shell Stations to purchase vouchers,

Try Shoppers Drug Mart, Shell , 7-11, London Drugs. They still sell voucher there.

when you go store Walmart canada and the transaction not approved, so you getting receipt or voucher entry on the receipt.

HI @Mickey678 Loblaws used to be able to activate new accounts as well as selling voucher. With PM not letting in store activation, many stores, like Walmart, decided not to sell voucher as well. It is best to call them ahead and ask.
