      <title>Cannot sign in</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I have two accounts and cannot sign in to either of them anymore. I tried resetting my passwords and the system said new passwords accepted, but it will still not let me sign in.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Thanks for providing this info- I do however wish I had found it a few weeks ago and not spent over an hour trying to sort it out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You can buy vouchers in stores or online and dial 611 to enter them. Or use real time payments in some stores. Then that will reactivate your services without needing to log in.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
