They won't even offer you SMS option because system thinks it's useless as you cannot receive SMS while in Suspended status which is fair. However, the same thing happens during renewal when your plan goes into Suspended status for a few hours despite services are working fine during that time. Email verification is the only way to get in.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
