Hi, I'm having trouble in payment process, and the Chat bot Simon said,

the card should be Credit or Visa Debit only.

I have a credit card issued from other country except Canada and US,

and this card cannot be processed because of the post code isn't located in Canada and US?

is other country tried put the post code on that credit card.

use browser from computer, clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,

To Login Page

and go to payment,,, manage payment method and update card information and save payment.

you will get verification code by email or SMS
and inserting the 6 digit number and not press anything
just wait a 5 second automatically be login,,

until you complete updated credit card payment use vouchers,

if you need ASAP to make payment you can go to Shell Stations to purchase vouchers

and add to your account by call *611

once connected press (1) then (1) again and enter the 12 digit PIN #,

The card must be issued by a Canada or US institution using a Canada or US address.

@jackie77 Hi your credit card must be either from Canada or the US in order for it to be accepted

Unfortunately you can only use payment cards with a Canadian or US billing address. The following linked posts gives you info on alternative methods of payment.
