      <description>&lt;P&gt;"chenger"??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can pay by voucher and enter it via the account or 611. If you already registered a card and if you know your 4 digit pin (which can be changed in the account) then you can also use the 611. Or you can use the real time payments.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
