tried use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,

you will get verification code by email or SMS
and inserting the 6 digit number and not press anything
just wait a 5 second automatically be login,,

or contact to support team by private message CS_Agent to change it.

Look in all your email inboxes for the welcome email from here when you signed up. Or marketing emails. That would be the email address you used when you signed up and is the login email userid.
