      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/247862"&gt;@arctictigers&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;you sure your friends are sending you MMS and not iMessage or RCS?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What phone make and model you have??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you get any error when trying to download tje content?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At least try to reboot the phone and clear the cache for your message app&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, it’s always turned on. I’ve suddenly started having this problem of not being able to receive photos last week and I did not change anything on my phone… at least not consciously or deliberately&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
