Having problem with MMS

Hello, I'm having trouble with MMS and my phone. I am able to send out photos but am unable to receive them. Group chats also do not work. Thank you in advance for the help!

Hi @arctictigers you sure your friends are sending you MMS and not iMessage or RCS?

What phone make and model you have??

Do you get any error when trying to download tje content?

At least try to reboot the phone and clear the cache for your message app

Hi there, it is MMS and I have an iPhone 7. What do you mean by downloading the content? And I've restarted my phone a couple times already

Hi @arctictigers you have mobile data turned on? MMS need mobile data enabled

Yes, it’s always turned on. I’ve suddenly started having this problem of not being able to receive photos last week and I did not change anything on my phone… at least not consciously or deliberately

Settings and tap "Messages," then make sure "MMS Messaging" is turned on by swiping the button to the right.
Settings-> Cellular-> then tap the switch to enable Cellular Data.

and rebooting device.

Hi @arctictigers you sure they are sending you MMS? is the picture big?

You clear cache on your message app? Your phone has enough space?

What error you got? show us a screenshot

Hi Timer, it works now after I’ve disabled and then enabled MMS messaging & Cellular Data and rebooted my phone. Thank you so much for your help!

But they are apps to help. I am using it, useful app
