    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I am trying to reset my password as it is not letting my old password to sign in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But when I try changing the password to a new one after email verification it doesn't change and asks me to try later.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried it multiple times and yet the same issue is being seen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have to top up my service via credit card and I am unable to do so.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kindly advice.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank You.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Syeda&lt;/P&gt;</description>
