    <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased more data however 1. I can't access it on my phone 2. It shows the payment went through in my history but sometimes when I log in I can't see it and sometimes I can. If I call 611 it says I am out of data. I'd start a new plan but I've already put the $15 in and want to use it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
