      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/247811"&gt;@kblanchette&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;maybe it is just a glitch in the system there is affecting your account,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;tried turn off device and take out SIM card and reinsert back turn on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;call *611 and press 3 and you need your 4 digit PIN,, to check data usage.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
