      <description>&lt;P&gt;EVERY Plan has Unlimited incoming calls.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;$15 Plan has 100 minutes outgoing calls. All other plans have unlimited outgoing calls.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SMS domestic/international is unlimited for all Plans.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Also, the customer isn't asking about nor having difficulties making outgoing calls.&amp;nbsp; Adding 1 in fron the area code for outgoing calls sn't going to change how incoming call usage history is recorded on the account nor is it going to change if minutes are deducted.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
