    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/247660"&gt;@pdoyle&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;did you try to text in different area or from the same place?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At least try to reseat the sim card.&amp;nbsp; Power down the phone, take the sim out for a minute, then put it back and power up&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If still fails, try to clear cache of the messaging app on your phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If still fails, and you have another phone around, put your PM sim card there and test it on the other phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
