      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/247658"&gt;@edwardeley&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;you can login your My Account and reset VM password:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At My Account, go to Profile Page, click Voicemail Password in the My Security Info box&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once you are in the Reset Voicemail Password page, click Initiate voicemail password reset button.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once you have successfully initiated, dial your own phone number to get prompted and continue with the process.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Follow the instructions from the automated voice assistant to finish resetting your Voicemail password.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
