      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/247540"&gt;@drash3000&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Error 837 is likely a problem with Porting request&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is your current provider that you would like to port in your phone number?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;did you enter IMEI number for the porting information instead of account number?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are certain that the credit card was not charged, please try again activating&lt;STRONG&gt; BUT please enter account number of your old provider&lt;/STRONG&gt; instead of IMEI number. It should work that way&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Sometimes in these cases they can cause multiple charges ongoing. So best to get in contact with them now to hopefully nip that in the bud.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
