      <description>&lt;P&gt;Was that Always the case since you become PM customer?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How many signal bar lines do you have?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, it is possible that some objects obstruct mobile signal. Unfortunate even if mobile phone is your only connection to the world.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/179891"&gt;@BSD-70&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- if this is a all of a sudden issue, try some troubleshooting to see if anything is improved:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;restart your phone&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;toggle into and out of airplane mode&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;remove the SIM card and try it into another phone to see it if works&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;perform a Reset of the device's Network Settings&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;manually select the 3G / WCDMA &lt;STRONG&gt;ONLY&lt;/STRONG&gt; network in your Mobile Connections area in your settings (temporarily) does this help for services 'at home' ?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
