Unable to Purchase US Roaming Add-Ons

I am trying to purchase the US Roam-Talk Txt 250 Data(10d) Add-on. I have added the money to my account but I keep receiving the error message 'Oops! Something went wrong, please try again later.'.

Try using incognito mode.

added...Log in to your account / Add-on Usage to see if it's actually been added to your acct already.

Refresh or change screens and go back and check to see if the add on is there.

close all browser and use browser from computer, clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode.

When the bad glitches outweigh the good glitches then maybe for some especially those with no loyalty rewards. Public Mobile has me tied to a contract....its hard to break free!!
