I think this is the first time I have heard of this happening.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you call from the public mobile device using 611?       <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought a Public Mobile sim card and had the phone number changed a month ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I top up my phone using the 611, it actually topped up the phone number that is not in use.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could I have some help to get the 10$ on the wong number on my actual number, please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
