    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/247402"&gt;@bdostatnia&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;where are you getting this message about not paying your bill?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Active, good.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Autopay, good.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But not in/out calling, not good.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try 1 or more of the below for your calling issue:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;restarting your phone&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;toggle into / out of airplane mode&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;remove and reinsert your sim card&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;perform a reset of your network settings&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;try your sim card into another compatible device see if calling works&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>
