    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/247348"&gt;@davidwtalbot&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; - is your public mobile plan current Active?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And, do you see the addon listed in your My Account ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Roaming addons are required for services work whilst in the USA.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are in Canada and trying to call the USA, the you require regular addons.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What country are you in? And what particular addon did you purchase?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Which of the 10 Day US Roaming add-ons did you buy ? Is data and text included and do either of those work while you're in US ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With the recent retiring of 3G in US, your calls could be negatively impacted, but data and text should be functional.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;More info please.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
