      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/247212"&gt;@gvickery&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you just ported your old number to PM?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If so, you need to reply to the text confirming you are porting over to PM with the old SIM in your phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it is an old account, try rebooting your phone by powering off the phone then back on. There also might be an outage in your area.
