      <description>&lt;P&gt;In my setup | cellullar | add a plan | how do I enter the following questions:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- what is activation code and where can I find it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Is PM's SM-DP + Address = "sp.mb.com"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- What is my confirmation code?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Currently I get use the cell phone only&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your answers in advance&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The only codes I see in the ACTIVATION PROCESS is&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Promo code&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Referral code&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On my iPhone xr&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;sp.mb.com works.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So...data and texting does not work??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't think it applies to you unless you have 2 plans on one phone and 1 SIM is an E SIM.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If so, public mobile does not support ESIMs currently.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you active a Public Mobile SIM Card? If not, you can obtain one an activate it online here: &lt;A href="https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/portal/activation" target="_blank"&gt;Activate Your SIM Card Online | Public Mobile&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make sure to restart your phone after activation, and not a bad idea to perform a reset of your network settings on your iphone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are activating with a new number, and there is a previous number connected to your iphone, make sure to deregister the old number, and set up the new one.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/247192"&gt;@stanctsai&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;PM does not take eSIm, so, you are on yhe wrong page on the device.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Get a physical SIM&amp;nbsp;and activate via&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/portal/activation" target="_blank"&gt;https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/portal/activation&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But if you are existing customers,&amp;nbsp; you cannot convert your physical sim into eSIm&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you loss your sim card, you need to get a replacement from store and login to My Account and Dewhurst Change Sim card&lt;/P&gt;</description>
