      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same problem as GCD (Good Citizen) and I’ve spent the whole afternoon trying unsuccessfully to reset my pwd.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;same error message.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;unable to call from my cell phone&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;unable to receive calls or text messages&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*611 does not work&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Absolutely frustrating!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
