    <description>&lt;P&gt;I reset my password and tried to use the newly reset password to log in. But your website says incorrect email address or password every time. I tried to use Google Chrome, Micro soft Edge and cleared cache. None of the tactics work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise me what to do next?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Tim:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did all that, received verification code by SMS. For some reason, the verification code never arrives by email/&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I inserted the 6 digital number and it says the verification is successful.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I then went back to the sign in page, it says the email or password is incorrect.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not sure what else to do.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
