      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/246996"&gt;@Khisti&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When did you first activate your service with Public mobile?&amp;nbsp; Did you activate in store with vendor or at home?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you activated at home, you would have automatically created a self service account.&amp;nbsp; You choose the email address for login and password yourself.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you activated in store, you will need to create a self service account.&amp;nbsp; In the previous system, you could create one yourself.&amp;nbsp; Now you will need to contact customer service agent to create My account.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Opening a tab in incognito mode may help as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, too many failed attempts may temporarily lock your account access.
