      <title>issue with credit card charge</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hello, I was attempting to buy a sim card online through public mobile online service. After entering my credit card and shipping info I pressed enter. it said that there was an error in the zip code not matching between what I entered and what is registered on the credit card. so I tried twice more, ensuring it was correct with still the same issue. later I checked my card and I had been charged for the sim card... it never showed that it completed the transaction and never gave me a receipt or email or something telling me that I had bought it and that it was on its way. kind of confused as to what's going on here. can someone please help me? thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
