      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I bought a 1gb data roaming addon. I cannot connect to T-Mobile and when I look at my add-ons I don't see the data 1gb addon. Can someone assist?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Because its a one step process now. Did you accidently purchase a Canadian data add on instead? Has your payment card been charged?
