      <description>&lt;P&gt;Perhaps in your settings, your phone has set a limit on the amount of data you can use (You can change this setting).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had another 4.5GB left on my plan so that wasn't it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I previously tried restarting the phone, no effect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I previously tried toggling airplane mode, no effect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I previously tried resetting network settings, no effect.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I then tried your advice to put the sim into another phone. It had data connectivity, so I put the sim back into my phone and it's working now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Weird stuff but it worked out, thank you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
