    <description>&lt;P&gt;Orders from PM (SIM) might take up to 3 weeks to arrive.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If PM says they mailed it bottleneck could be Canada Post as they claim they are overwhelmed and no staff to sort/deliver mail.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi: I placed an order for a SIM card (Order &lt;SPAN&gt;298176)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;on July 21, 2022.&amp;nbsp; I received notification that it had been mailed on July 25, 2022.&amp;nbsp; To date, I have not yet received it.&amp;nbsp; Could you pl look into this delay? Thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We're all just Forum members here...not PM Employees.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Give it 3 weeks for the sim to arrive.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to a Telus / Koodo kiosk if there's a mall near you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
