      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered a sim 17 days ago and it hasn't arrived. Double checked the address and it's all good. How can i get a refund or new sim card sent to me?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately...it could take up to 3 weeks for it to arrive. You could go to a Telus or Koodo kiosk and see if they might have one.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
