I don't think they will send out tracking for sim card, but they might for phone orders

If it is for a sim expect a very long wait so be patient, if it is a phone I think you will get it a little quicker.

Tracking number are issued with refurbished phone orders. Don’t expect a tracking number for SIM card order as they are shipped in an envelope as regular letter mail.

That's no always the case. SIM cards do sometimes still ship using a trackable method, and they don't always come by Canada Post.
