How to use add-on data

Hi,

I ran out of data on my plan and purchased 1Gb to supplement. It was taken out of my balance but I do not have use of it, what else do I have to do?

@dennispaik, when you say it was taken out of your balance do you mean out of available funds or off of your credit card. If it was off of your credit card the amount of the addon could show up in available funds and then you can "repurchase" the addon and it will remove the money from Available funds. If you had available funds and the money was taken from there and you still can't use the addon. You will need to message a MOD for assistance, click on this link Moderator Team to send a private message .
