      <description>&lt;P&gt;Please help! My phone hangs up immediately when I try to dial out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried restarting and checking if I have active status. My bills are paid.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have unlimited $25 a month plan. I just checked and my payments are up to date. I now can't receive text messages and when people call it says my number is out of service&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to submit a ticket and it would not accept it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So the solution was to get a ticket and have mods look into it. Somehow my phone number had changed to an out-of-service number. When I was looking at "about phone" in settings it had this number. The moderator changed my number somehow to the right number and my phone works!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
