changing plans/bonuses

I am considering changing from 3G to 4G. Do the current add on bonuses remain in my account if I change data plans, or do I lose these existing bonuses? Thank you

@smartbe1 hi your add ons and bonuses are safe, in fact any data add ons you may have will increase to 4g

@smartbe1 Generally, you would not loss your current rewards and the bonus from the holiday (the data and voice bonus you got from last couple Decembers)

The only one that you could loss is the Activation bonus , those 2GB bonus for # months. That bonus has a terms clearly stating that you will loss it if you ever make plan change. But if you didn't get that activation bonus when you joined you can ignore it

Go ahead and change to 4G…you won’t lose your Reward bonuses.
