    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/246536"&gt;@jakeharvey7421&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; There are 2 CSAs online at the moment (Aug 1, 6:48pm MT)&amp;nbsp; If you do not get any reply this evening, you may need to wait until tomorrow to get a reply to your support ticket.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; While you are waiting, can use the reset password link on the login page to test which email address you used to activate your PM account.&amp;nbsp; If you provide an email address which PM server does not know, PM server will tell you.&amp;nbsp; Continue to test all your email addresses you have until PM send you a text or email for you to reset your account password.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; PM always send you a welcome email right after your activation.&amp;nbsp; Search all your email accounts for the PM welcome email.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It depends how busy agents are.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If ticketing does not work very first time&lt;/STRONG&gt;, contact agent directly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Here&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Watch for envelope in top right corner. It will show Number of unread emails.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/246536"&gt;@jakeharvey7421&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try putting "Public mobile" in the search section of all of the emails you have access to&amp;nbsp; in order to see whether promotional emails from public mobile ( and telus and koodo as well) pop up and/or your welcome email from pm.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Customer support usually replies within the hour after submitting a support ticket or sending a private message.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
