My Current Plan Cycle is Jul 09, 2022 - Aug 08, 2022. Does that mean my plan will renew on Aug 8 or on Aug 9? What I really want to know is, will I get more data on August 8 or not till August 9?

Your plan will renew on August 8th. When you wake up new data allotment will be ready for you.

@J-L - if you notice the dates are not 30 days. July 9 - August 7th is 30 days duration.

So August 8th is the first day of your next cycle.

I kinda liked how the older self serve account listed it.

@J-L there is a small glitch with My Account, while it shows your Current Plan Cycle is Jul 09, 2022 - Aug 08, 2022, the truth is that it is Current Plan Cycle is Jul 09, 2022 - Aug 07, 2022.

If you are topping up manually, you should top up on or before August 7.

If you have Pre-authorized payments setup, the system will get the money from your credit card on at around 2am August 8

Go by the dates in your payment/transaction history rather than the dates in either your self serve account page or your rewards account.
