Brand and model?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Which area you are at?&amp;nbsp; Province and City?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you get the same problem everywhere you go or just a particular location, like your home or office?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try to change the preferred network to 3G Only /WCDMA Only/ HPSA Only and see if it helps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, try to put your PM sim card in another phone and test it out as well&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Suggest to first shut down / turn off your phone -- count to 10 then re-start. Then go to settings and turn off (1) "Calls on other devices. (2) Silence unknown callers. ---- hope that will work for you as it has for me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
