I want to switch my current plan to the new 4GB 4G plan. If I am still on the old rewards program will I lose those rewards when I change my plan?

@miakol No worry, changing plan won't change your reward

So, go ahead and make change to your plan, you will still be on the old rewards

Just a reminder, when you make plan change, there will be an option Change plan now and Change in the next renewal date. Make sure you understand the difference. People usually pick Change in the next renewal date if you do not need the extra speed now.

If you are on old rewards program you can switch to any Plan you want. Rewards will not change to Points UNLESS You change type of rewards. So be careful what you click on 😉

Hi @miakol You won't get force migration with plan change. At least for now, you will only be on the new Rewards system if you opt-in yourself
