Also, what's teh exact message that your phone is displaying?&amp;nbsp; Anything worded such as SIM Network Unlock Code means that your phone is locked to another carrier.&amp;nbsp; If it is the PUK of the SIM card that you need, please never try to guess this code or enter random numbers.&amp;nbsp; If you do this too many times, you will permanently destroy your SIM card and it will need to be replaced.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
