Cancel Service ASAP!!!

Hello my phone was either lost or has been stolen and i need to cancel my service ASAP. I do not have access to my account email as i used the fingerprint technology to log in and do not recall the password. Please help this is a very difficult situation. not being able to speak to someone adds to a very challenging situation.

Best to contact a CS_Agent by typing in Create a Ticket on SIMon Chatbot bottom of page or private message them on the envelope icon above to report your phone lost or stolen so they can Blacklist the phone and put it on Report Lost/Stolen Phone.
Once you get a new SIM, you can Change SIM Card Number so you can keep your existing number.

@revilo99 You don't need to cancel your service. You just need to mark it as Lost/Stolen for now , buy a new sim and phone and resume the service

Hopefully not too late, did you try to use the Findmyphone feature and hopefully able to locate the phone , at least the last seen area and maybe still able to trigger a remote wipe command?
