      <title>Cancel Service ASAP!!!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello my phone was either lost or has been stolen and i need to cancel my service ASAP. I do not have access to my account email as i used the fingerprint technology to log in and do not recall the password. Please help this is a very difficult situation. not being able to speak to someone adds to a very challenging situation.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/246387"&gt;@revilo99&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best to contact a CS_Agent by typing in Create a Ticket on SIMon Chatbot bottom of page or private message them on the envelope icon above to report your phone lost or stolen so they can Blacklist the phone and put it on Report Lost/Stolen Phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Once you get a new SIM, you can Change SIM Card Number so you can keep your existing number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
