I have a public mobile number and I would love to make calls to the Bahamas what do I do I did an add on already for $15 but no calls were going through! Can someone tell me what to do please.

How to call Bahamas🇧🇸 from Canada🇨🇦

To call Bahamas from Canada, just follow these dialing instructions:

First dial 011, the Canada exit code.
Next dial 1-242, the Bahamas country code.
Then dial the 7 digits phone number.

Best bet is to go to 711 and get calling card as PM has no add-on for Bahama.

@Ching242 PM long distance only can only call small number of countries, not all. Bahamas is not part of it 😞

Intl long distance Add-On included countries: Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, Venezuela. Calls must originate from Canada.

If you have no use for that anymore, you can try to open ticket with PM Support and ask them to reverse the transaction and put the credit back to your account for future use:

1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"

2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

I can't see a Bahamas LD add on..the only B's are in red.

PM does not provide long distance to Bahamas.
