You can check the amount of credit by clicking on Rewards then scroll down to your next Estimate Payment before taxes.

tried use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,

go to payment, if you need to see last 4 digit of your payment, but can't see full credit card number.

also you can call to *611 to check your balance.
