    <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you leave PM SIM in your phone? That is where you will get porting SMS...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And both accounts have to be active in order to port.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've tried to port my number out from Public Mobile but I'm not receiving the text messages to port out? The other carrier put in the request twice and still nothing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
