      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/245951"&gt;@Aivo&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Are you porting into Rogers or porting out from Rogers?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If you are porting into Rogers&lt;/STRONG&gt;, you will need to call Rogers and ask them to re-trigger the porting request.&amp;nbsp; You will then receive a text on your PM sim card.&amp;nbsp; So, PM service has to be active and make sure you have the PM sim in a phone.&amp;nbsp; You need to reply the text within 90 mins&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If you are porting from Rogers&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;into PM,&lt;/STRONG&gt; there is a number you can call to talk to PM live support.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I will message you the number.&amp;nbsp; Please check your Community inbox, envelope icon on top right&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;They re-triggered but it has been too long so now Public mobile needs to send the porting request so I can approved the SMS they send me&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
