      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have 3 phones with Public Mobile. I have auto pay set up for 1 year now! I got a message yesterday that the plan didn't renew because the payment wasn't received.&amp;nbsp; What's going on??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/208843"&gt;@willanddave123&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Login to My Account and confirm a which one&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Autopay could fail for any reason, could be the card, could be PM problem.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once you found the suspended account, click &lt;STRONG&gt;Reactive my plan&lt;/STRONG&gt; button.&amp;nbsp; It will bring you to payment page, make a manual payment&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If payment fails, try to use Incognito mode and try paying again.&amp;nbsp; But when you try again, try to use &lt;STRONG&gt;Custom Amount&lt;/STRONG&gt; and manually enter the amount instead of using Amount Due option&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have auto-pay set up but it never kicks in. I top up my accounts to be paid up 3 months in advance. Never an issue. I did this because, previously, I was on a $100 a year plan at Telus......but before was on a monthly auto-pay that failed a few times over a 13 year period. It’s an effort...but assurance of service too.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
