The message you and others have received is a&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;friendly service&amp;nbsp;announcement that is mandated by the CRTC.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I agree that the wording/positioning is a little wonky &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Jeremy&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If we can't solve your issue you can also contact the CCTS @ ccts-cprst.ca or 1-888-221-1687&amp;nbsp;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s1"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s1"&gt;Is there an issue with Public Mobile or was this more of a friendly service&amp;nbsp;announcement?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s1"&gt;I haven't reported any issues. If this was an announcement it probably should have been worded a little differently because it sounds like they are telling me how to get help for an existing issue, not telling me if I ever&amp;nbsp;have an issue this is how I can get help. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
