      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried to connect with my purchased US Roaming package (Talk and Text only) but get the message "Not registered on Network". I don't even see the network being avaiable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As per the chat-bot troubleshooting, I turned on Data Roaming and tried to create a new connection. No luck.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It then asked for me to reset all my network settings - done.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure what to do next. Help, please.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Data Roaming is enabled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I de-selected the Select Automatically, and the networks show up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I see Verizon, AT&amp;amp;T and 313100. I select AT&amp;amp;T and it says "Registering on AT&amp;amp;T..." but then says "Unable to connect. Try later."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Error message shows up as&lt;/P&gt;</description>
