      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am new to Public Mobile and have just activated my SIM however I have no service and the phone says unregistered SIM. I have had a number of suggestions from a customer support agent but nothing worked. The agent has sent my problem on to a higher technical agent and I have a ticket number for this, but I have no idea how to contact a higher technical agent and I have not heard anything from them. Anyone know how I can contact the higher technical agent?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
