i see you guys have a new data plan with 15gb plus an exrta 3gb when trying to upgrade its saying that plan is higher then the one i have on mine its says i pay $186 and the new one is $180 can i get some help with this

Hi I wouldn't worry about the message ATM. Are you trying to future date your plan or do an immideate plan change. I reccomendations the futures dating, future dating will take effect on your next renewal. An immideate plan change will cancel your current plan with no refunds.

trying to change it asap i just payed my bill this morning and only saw the new plan now

If you paid bill this morning then theods might be able to change it for you manually. Any other change other than future dating will make you pay for the new plan and cancel your current one.

I would future date the promo, and then ask mods. It's a 50/50 chance.
